Scripting and storyboarding are crucial elements of pre-production that will always determine the success of your final project. Something Collective Productions also understands the business aspect to pre-production can be just as vital as the creative side. So by cutting out one of the many middle men in the film industry we find budgeting and scheduling our own projects turns a higher success rate as well as save our many clients from wasting time and money. • Production

Music Videos, Short Films, and Features Something Collective Productions enjoys being a part of any production. Each staff member has a working knowledge of every production department. Something Collective Productions also has all the necessary equipment a filmmaker would need to capture their vision. • Post-production

Something Collective Productions is very excited about the post-production elements it is bringing to the New Orleans film industry. We come complete with a fully functional editing suite. Each staff member is more then capable of navigating through the many software programs used in today’s industry. Along with knowing the basics each member brings their own specialty to the post-production side as well. Coloring to digital FX’s Something Collective Productions has the ability to bring your creative ideas to life through editing. • Special FX

Something Collective Productions member Dennis Hooten is the man squirting you in the face with a bottle of blood. With an active growing knowledge of Make-Up and Prosthetics techniques Dennis enjoys coming up with the solutions to work with in your frame. Something Collective Productions has a full production studio. Not only can we cut your film we can score it too. Just like the growing film industry in New Orleans we can see the music industry growing as well. Our growing client list features many musical artists that have produced entire albums here at Something Collective Productions. If you have the lungs and can sing let us know, we can record you.
